At UNIMAS Global, we believe that education goes beyond classrooms and campuses. It is about building bridges between people, ideas, and cultures. Every student who walks through our doors carries the potential to make a difference, and it is our role to provide the opportunities and support that help them grow into confident, compassionate global citizens.
The world today calls for graduates who not only excel academically but who can also connect across borders and work towards shared goals. That is why UNIMAS Global continues to expand our international partnerships and mobility programmes, creating pathways for students and staff to learn, experience, and lead in different parts of the world. Each collaboration we build and every exchange we enable brings us closer to a more inclusive and sustainable global community.
I am proud of how far we have come. From strengthening student support systems to enhancing the visibility of UNIMAS abroad, our progress reflects the dedication of our team and the trust of our partners. INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS @ UNIMAS Global
Established in 2017 with the merging of the Chancellery Office and the International Affairs Division.Taking over the International Relation Unit, to coordinate the growing number of international programmes.
UNIMAS Global plays an important role in the university's event management, protocol, branding, corporate relations, strategic connections around the globe and international promotional activities.
Coordinate and facilitate the international promotion and marketing activities.
UNIMAS Global covers the following services:
- International Students Admission
- International Relations (Global & Strategic Partnership)
- International Mobility Programmes
- International visa matters
- Welfare and Other Support Services
Units in International Affairs
International Student Management Unit
The International Student Management (ISM) focuses on the wellbeing and welfare of UNIMAS international students. The functions of ISM include but not limited to the following:
- Manage student pass and Visa application
- Assist in student welfare matters which include financial aids application, councelling, accommodation and etc.
- Manage international student data
Mobility
Global & Strategic Partnership
- Initiate and facilitate bilateral and multilateral linkages and partnership with renowned institutions worldwide.
- Facilitate and monitor all activities conducted as per the MoU or MoA with international partners.
